Using an old laptop as your always-on server

Got a spare laptop in a drawer? It makes a good server.

- Windows 10 or 11 (64-bit), or a Mac with Apple silicon.
- Plug it in and set it to never sleep while on power.
- Wired to the router is steadier than Wi-Fi, if you can.
- Install Baumeister, publish, and leave it running.

Your everyday computer stays yours. The laptop does the hosting.
