How Baumeister works, in one page

Baumeister is free software for Windows and Mac that turns your computer into the host for your own websites and apps.

- Your projects live and run on your computer.
- When you publish, visitors reach them through an encrypted Cloudflare tunnel that your computer opens itself. There are no router ports to open, and your home IP address stays hidden.
- Every site gets HTTPS automatically, at an address like yourname.baumeister.host or on your own domain.
- Setup sends us your recovery email and your computer's name so your account works. Beyond that, your projects only leave your computer when you publish them, turn on remote access, or turn on Safety Net.
