The API token: for scripts and automation

For people who write their own scripts. If that isn't you, skip this one.

Settings > API access > Generate API token. Send it as Authorization: Bearer <token>. It works from the computer running Baumeister, or from your home network.

What you can do:
- List projects and read their logs
- Create a project and upload a zip
- Start, stop and restart an app
- Change who can see it
