Baumeister Private Server, Inc. ("Baumeister") respects the intellectual property rights of others and expects users to do the same. This policy describes how we respond to notices of alleged copyright infringement under the Digital Millennium Copyright Act ("DMCA"), 17 U.S.C. § 512.
If you believe content hosted on the Service infringes your copyright, send a written notice to our Designated Agent that includes all of the following (per 17 U.S.C. § 512(c)(3)):

Upon receiving a valid notice, we will remove or disable access to the allegedly infringing material and make a reasonable attempt to notify the user who posted it.
If your content was removed and you believe it was a mistake or misidentification, you may submit a counter-notice to the Designated Agent containing:
If we receive a valid counter-notice, we may restore the content in 10–14 business days unless the original complainant files a court action seeking to restrain the activity.
We have adopted and will reasonably implement a policy of terminating, in appropriate circumstances, the accounts of users who are repeat infringers.
