Baumeister — Acceptable Use Policy

This Acceptable Use Policy ("AUP") applies to everyone who uses the Baumeister Service and to all content published or transmitted through it. It is incorporated into our Terms of Service. We may update it from time to time.

You may not use the Service to create, publish, host, or transmit content that:

• Is unlawful, fraudulent, deceptive, or promotes illegal activity;
• Infringes any patent, trademark, trade secret, copyright, or other intellectual property or proprietary right;
• Is defamatory, libelous, harassing, threatening, or invades another's privacy;
• Is sexually explicit, exploits minors, or is otherwise obscene;
• Promotes violence, terrorism, self-harm, or discrimination or hatred against individuals or groups;
• Contains malware, viruses, or code designed to disrupt, damage, or gain unauthorized access to systems or data;
• Is intended to phish, scam, or impersonate any person or entity;
• Distributes unsolicited bulk messages (spam) or violates anti-spam laws;
• Sells or facilitates the sale of illegal or regulated goods/services in violation of law;
• Violates the privacy or data-protection rights of others (including misuse of information collected through the Message Portal).

You also may not:

• Attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Service, other accounts, or our systems;
• Probe, scan, or test the vulnerability of the Service, or breach security or authentication measures;
• Interfere with or overload the Service (e.g., abuse of AI generation, automated scraping, or denial-of-service);
• Reverse engineer or attempt to extract source code except as permitted by law;
• Resell or provide the Service to third parties except as expressly permitted.

Enforcement

We may investigate violations and may remove content, disable sites, or suspend or terminate accounts, with or without notice, at our discretion. We may report unlawful activity to law enforcement. We use automated and manual measures (including a pre-publish safety scan) to help detect violations, but we do not pre-screen all content and are not responsible for user content except as required by law.
